My dear friend George Inglizian

he has moved on. soul. it's out and about. kinda nice to feel him around in my daily actions. in music, in the water, over the ocean, through the desert, i'm feeling him flying around, like when the wind blows snowflakes around and you can see what the wind is doing. that's how i see him. flying around everything that is good. that is him. that is my friend. that is George.

this is my good friend Scotts (George's son-in-laws) eulogy to the man.

The Secret to Life

Hi, I’m Scott – George’s son in law.

George was a renaissance man. He knew a lot, about a lot of stuff. He even claimed to know the secret to life.

Before I let you know what it is, I have to tell you about my relationship with George. I loved him. He meant the world to me. He was a father and a best friend. He made me apart of his family. He gave me the hand to his daughter.

Together we traveled, to Mexico to the Sierras, we wandered. We hiked, looked at plants and marveled at the natural world. We built houses. We gardened. Partied. We shot guns. We talked about women, being married and raising kids. He was apart of the birth of my children. We surfed 8 foot waves, well sort of. We played like little boys.

George lived life. He walked to his own beat. He inspired me. He told me, The Secret to Life, was to have fun. We had a lot of fun together.

On my last conversation with George, the day before he passed away, he told me to take care of myself and my family. I will.
